Cap load peaks
A few peak-load hours define the demand charge on metered tariffs. A battery buffers those peaks automatically and makes the electricity bill plannable.

Backup power without interruption
If the grid fails, the battery takes over — on the OmniCube, per the manufacturer's datasheet, in under 20 milliseconds. Ideally, guests never notice.
